Groxvale

Hey guys!
I'm just writing to inform you of my new town - Groxvale!
It's loosely modern themed, and is based around innovative design.
My intrepid love of pistons and redstone will grant it the gift of many gadgets and secret areas to find, and my other love of serving you guys has blessed it with custom-built three room houses for each of you.
To live in Groxvale, just ask me! There are only a few rules:
1. You have to live in Groxvale most of the time. Don't claim a house and never use it.
2. Don't build//expand/mine in the Groxvale area without permission. Extensions to your house could destroy plans I have, and mining could cause damage to people's underground areas. Always ask before building/mining. HOWEVER, feel free to change anything in your house/garden.
3. If placing signs, always try to use good grammar/punctuation. Extra points if you copy the little sign decor I've made (an "x" in every corner).
